Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple companies and operating entities as the Payroll Specialist Review and audit employee time records, compensation changes, new hires, and terminations as the Payroll Specialist Respond to payroll‑related inquiries, support onboarding tasks, and maintain employee payroll data as the Payroll Specialist. Prepare payroll reports, support quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, and coordinate audit documentation as the Payroll Specialist. Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment across payroll processes as the Payroll Specialist. Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Analyst; Paylocity experience required Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, workers' compensation, and payroll regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; strong attention to detail and confidentiality #
