Direct Job #30353 Senior Payroll Specialist Our client, a premier global investment firm based in Boston's Back Bay is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role supporting payroll for 1,000+ U.S. employees in a fast-paced, highly sophisticated organization. This position will pay between 90-100K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll using ADP Handle off-cycle payroll payments and payroll-related adjustments Record payroll activity and reconcile journal entries in Workday Manage deductions, fringe benefits, and 401(k) elections Reconcile monthly payroll bank statements Resolve employee payroll questions and issues Support annual payroll/corporate audits and HR/Finance projects

Qualifications:
