Temp (9‑month contract) | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Project Coordinator for a leading electronics and data storage manufacturing company in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you'll support several high‑impact operational initiatives by bringing structure, organization, and follow‑through to complex lab and inventory environments. This is a fully onsite, execution‑focused opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys organization, documentation, and working cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, facilities, and supply chain teams. If you're highly organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoy closing open loops and keeping projects moving forward, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do as a
Project Coordinator:
Coordinate activities and communication across engineering, operations, facilities, and supply chain teams Track action items, open issues, and follow‑ups to ensure timely completion Prepare and maintain status reports, trackers, and documentation for project leaders Organize and catalog spare parts across labs and storage areas, including ownership and location tracking Maintain clean, accurate, and auditable inventory records in spreadsheets or internal systems Support lab clean‑up efforts by identifying obsolete or unowned items and tracking disposition actions Help establish consistent processes for labeling, storage, and asset ownership What You Need to Bring to the Project Coordinator role: Strong administrative and project coordination skills High level of organization and attention to detail with a process‑driven mindset Experience managing trackers, documentation, or inventory lists with accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively without close supervision Comfort working fully onsite in a lab or operations environment Experience supporting inventory, operations, engineering, facilities, or lab teams preferred Familiarity with spare parts, equipment, or asset tracking systems (formal or informal) preferred #metrocareers Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
