President Primary Responsibilities:
Financial Management Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Prepare, verify, and issue employee payroll and paychecks. Maintain payroll records and ensure payroll tax compliance. Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Monitor the company's cash flow and maintain financial records. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting. Coordinate with external CPA, auditors, and financial consultants. Office Administration Manage office operations and administrative functions. Purchase and maintain office supplies and equipment. Maintain company files, contracts, and confidential records. Coordinate vendors and service providers. Respond to unemployment claims, garnishment, child support, and verifications of employment Improve office procedures and administrative efficiency. Executive Support Assist the President with daily administrative and business matters. Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, customers, attorneys, lenders, and vendors. Handle confidential communications on behalf of the President. Follow up on executive action items. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 Administrative Support Coordinate with bankruptcy attorneys and legal counsel. Organize and maintain Chapter 11 documentation. Assist in preparing financial information required by the court. Track legal deadlines and document submissions. Maintain confidential legal and financial records. Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. Support internal and external audits. Maintain records in accordance with accounting standards and applicable regulations. Assist in implementing internal controls. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and office management. Proficiency in Online QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Experience working with legal documentation or Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings is preferred but not required.Pay:
