Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll & HR Administrator to provide on-site administrative support for HR and payroll operations, 20-30 hours per week. This role focuses on timekeeping accuracy, payroll preparation, and onboarding support. This position is fully on-site in Government Camp and remote work is not available!
Key Responsibilities:
Pull and follow up on missed punches and unapproved timecards Monitor clock-ins and communicate status to managers Support bi-weekly payroll prep, ensuring all approvals are completed Monitor HR inbox; respond to basic inquiries and route escalations Send onboarding reminders and track completion status Maintain trackers for new hires, terminations, and leaves Enter new permanent data and file HR documentation Respond to employment and unemployment verification requests (template-based)
