Our client is hiring a Payroll Specialist in

Fishers, Indiana Terms:

Direct Hire This is a in-office role with no remote or hybrid option.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple states. Ensure payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and reduce manual work. Support and manage Dayforce system enhancements and updates. Perform payroll audits and research and resolve payroll discrepancies. Prepare payroll reports and provide data support to HR, Finance, Operations, and IT. Maintain compensation records Assist with payroll-related projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-state environment. Hands-on experience processing payroll through an

HRIS/HCM

system; Dayforce preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data validation, and data reconciliation. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Experience identifying process improvements and automating manual tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
