Human Resources / Payroll About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support our client's Payroll team during a payroll transformation from PeopleSoft Payroll to SAP ECP . This is a payroll-focused position for an experienced payroll professional who understands the day-to-day payroll process and has used SAP ECP in a payroll environment. The successful candidate will help support payroll operations, testing, validation, issue resolution, and the transition to the new payroll system. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day payroll activities during the transition from PeopleSoft to SAP ECP. Use SAP ECP to support payroll processing, testing, validation, and issue resolution. Participate in parallel payroll, UAT, testing, reconciliation, and payroll validation activities. Review payroll results and investigate discrepancies involving earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and employee data. Help identify and resolve payroll issues and ensure accurate payroll results. Support payroll process documentation, procedures, and end-user guidance. Assist with identifying process improvements and impacts resulting from the transition to SAP ECP. Support knowledge transfer and payroll readiness throughout the transformation. Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Finance, Tax, and project team members. Help maintain payroll accuracy and operational continuity throughout the system transition. Required Qualifications 5+ years of payroll experience supporting mid-size or large organizations. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, earnings, garnishments, and compliance. Hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Experience working with SAP ECP as a payroll user, SME, super user, or key payroll resource. Experience supporting payroll testing, including parallel payroll, UAT, validation, and reconciliation . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate payroll discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADP SmartCompliance , including payroll tax, compliance, and garnishment administration. Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll for North America . Experience supporting a PeopleSoft-to-SAP ECP payroll transition or implementation . SAP ECP certification or formal SAP payroll training. Experience with multi-state and remote employee payroll taxation. Experience with payroll garnishments, tax jurisdictions, year-end processing, and payroll compliance.Pay:
