Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume, multi-state payroll accurately on a weekly basis. Review, calculate, and audit employee timecards, adjustments, and wage calculations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax requirements across multiple states. Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, tax withholdings, and direct deposit setups. Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax withholdings, and timekeeping. Assist with routine payroll reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ years of high-volume, multi-state payroll processing experience required.

Systems:

Prior experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or Kronos preferred.

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of multi-state payroll guidelines, wage/hour laws, and tax regulations.

Skills:

High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication abilities.

$20 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
