Dulles, VA Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Contract About the company: Our Client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated, full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design, construction, operation, and efficiency of buildings.
Responsibilities:
Processes weekly payroll for union employees at the division level. This includes multiple trade unions across various states. Works with union employees and supervisors to ensure that time is approved, captured, and processed accurately and timely. Administer accurate employee payroll records, including new hire paperwork, payroll form updates, status change forms, and employee terminations. Help monitor and track employee paid time off balances (vacation, holiday, jurisdictionally mandated sick and safe leave, and other personal time off) and provides updated reports to management regularly.
