Up to $20/hour Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support end-to-end payroll operations. This role is responsible for payroll data entry, payroll validation, employee compensation support, and ensuring payroll accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll transactions, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining compliance with payroll and tax requirements. Key Responsibilities Process and maintain payroll records accurately and on time. Record and validate payroll-related transactions, including: Bonuses Overtime One-time payments Adjustments and deductions Administer and track employee benefits and taxable earnings. Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding:
Payroll payments Compensation Tax deductions and withholdings Payroll-related policies and procedures Maintain payroll documentation and employee records. Support payroll audits and compliance initiatives. Partner with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing. Required Qualifications Previous experience in payroll administration, payroll processing, or a related HR/payroll support role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and validation. Understanding of payroll processes, employee deductions, taxes, and compensation practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi-state or multi-country payroll operations. Knowledge of payroll compliance regulations and tax requirements. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment.
