Weekdays with occasional weekends and travel required About the Role LRX Apparel & Custom Print & Apparel Co. is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Events & Operations Coordinator to help manage our growing schedule of fitness events, competitions, and brand activations. This role is for someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes. You'll help take events from planning through execution—coordinating teammates, travel, inventory, equipment, schedules, communication, and all of the details required to make an event successful. You'll work alongside our existing team that helps identify and develop new event opportunities. Once an event is confirmed, you'll take a leading role in making sure we're prepared and ready to execute. Because we're a growing company, responsibilities won't always fit perfectly into one box. You'll also help with event outreach, customer communication, Custom apparel opportunities, and other areas when additional support is needed. We're looking for someone who takes ownership. If something needs to happen to keep an event moving, we want someone who will recognize it, communicate it, and help get it done. Responsibilities Event Planning & Operations Coordinate upcoming events from booking through completion Maintain event calendars, deadlines, schedules, and checklists Book hotels and coordinate travel details for event teammates Communicate schedules, expectations, and important information to teammates Coordinate with event organizers as needed Ensure events are fully prepared prior to departure Manage multiple upcoming events and deadlines simultaneously Inventory & Equipment Prepare and organize merchandise for events Coordinate inventory and stock transfers Pack and prepare event equipment Maintain organization of racks, tables, displays, signage, POS equipment, tents, bins, and other event materials Ensure inventory and equipment are properly returned and organized following events Help maintain an organized and event-ready storage area Event Staffing Help recruit and hire event teammates Assist with building teams in new markets Onboard new event staff Coordinate teammate schedules and availability Communicate arrival times, responsibilities, dress expectations, and event details Help maintain a dependable network of event teammates Event Execution Attend select local and larger events Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed Support retail sales and customer experience Help ensure our booth, teammates, and overall presence represent the brand well Troubleshoot issues that arise during events Administrative Support Maintain accurate event information in Monday.com Organize teammate payouts Track and organize event-related expenses and receipts Collect event sales and performance information Assist with post-event reporting and closeout Business Development & Sales Support Support event research and outreach when needed Follow up with event organizers and potential partners Help gather information and qualify potential events Identify Custom apparel opportunities with gyms, teams, events, and organizations Assist with initial customer intake and communication Help ensure opportunities continue moving forward when other team members are unavailable Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Dependable and punctual Proactive and comfortable taking ownership A strong communicator Personable and comfortable interacting with customers and event organizers Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working independently without constant supervision Willing to occasionally work weekends and travel for events Comfortable with hands-on work including packing, organizing, setting up, and breaking down events Interested in fitness, apparel, events, sales, or entrepreneurship Comfortable learning new software and systems Experience with event coordination, operations, retail, hospitality, customer service, fitness, sales, or administrative work is preferred but not required. What Success Looks Like You'll be successful in this position when our team can confidently hand you an upcoming event and know that the details will be handled. That means teammates know where to be, hotels are booked, inventory is prepared, equipment is packed, schedules are communicated, event information is organized, and problems are handled before they become problems. We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for a task list—we want someone who learns our process and eventually begins anticipating what needs to happen next.
