This role is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional with teller experience, new account opening knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service. The Banker will support new consumer and business account activity, process teller transactions, recommend appropriate banking products and services, and help build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts, basic business accounts, CDs, IRAs, and other account types based on experience level. Interview and profile clients to understand financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services. Process new account transactions and teller transactions while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and an excellent balancing record. Cross-sell banking products and refer clients to internal partners or appropriate staff for additional services. Maintain current knowledge of account documentation, proper account titling, banking procedures, and applicable regulations. Provide courteous, professional service in person and by phone while resolving client inquiries and supporting client retention.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$20.00 to $31.90 per hour.
