What you'll do as the Relationship Advisor -
Personal Banker:
Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions. Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Balance vault cash, teller drawers, cash recyclers, and cash dispensing equipment in accordance with established procedures. Open, service, and maintain personal and small business accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), and individual retirement accounts (IRAs). Open and maintain fiduciary accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. Assist Members applying for consumer loans, guiding Members through the lending process. Assist Members with account disputes and complete required dispute documentation. Educate Members on digital banking tools, products, and services that support their financial goals. Collaborate with Team Members to support branch goals and create a positive, Member-focused environment. Bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to being awesome every day. Bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and a passion for helping Members succeed.
