Responsibilities include:
Welcoming customers with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile Accurately processing banking transactions Building and deepening customer relationships by identifying needs and offering personalized financial solutions Promoting bank products and services through meaningful conversations (no quotas!) Opening, servicing, and maintaining customer accounts Educating customers on digital banking tools that make banking safer, easier, and more convenient Connecting customers with internal business partners, including lenders, business bankers, and investment services Delivering service experiences that exceed expectations every customer, every time Who Thrives at Forte Bank? 8:00 a.m.- 5:15 p.
Two Saturdays per month:
