• FLOATER to join our team.

This position will be based out of Richfield, WI but will FLOAT to our other locations of Slinger, West Bend and Hartford as scheduled. Interested candidates must be available to work as scheduled Monday through Friday and every other Saturday (see below). What Does a Universal Banker Do? As a Universal Banker, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers every day. This role is centered around relationship-building, customer service, and helping customers find financial solutions that support their goals.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming customers with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile Accurately processing banking transactions Building and deepening customer relationships by identifying needs and offering personalized financial solutions Promoting bank products and services through meaningful conversations (no quotas!) Opening, servicing, and maintaining customer accounts Educating customers on digital banking tools that make banking safer, easier, and more convenient Connecting customers with internal business partners, including lenders, business bankers, and investment services Delivering service experiences that exceed expectations every customer, every time Who Thrives at Forte Bank? Two Saturdays per month:

8:15 a.m.
