Forum Financial Management, LP is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisory Firm (RIA) with more than $10 billion in assets under management. We strive to take the emotions out of investing and counsel clients to avoid making short-sighted moves based on current market conditions. We are seeking an Advisor Education and Knowledge Manager to join our Advisor Success team. This role supports Forum Financials' internal knowledge, advisor education, and process improvement efforts. Drawing on their experience and growing knowledge as a financial advisor practitioner, this individual brings credibility to the firm's learning culture by providing strategic guidance, subject-matter input, and project support in a focused, high-impact capacity. This individual will collaborate across departments and with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into accessible content, identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the firm.Job Responsibilities:
Advisor Education & Community Design and lead initiatives that promote advisor learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the firm. Facilitate peer learning opportunities including advisor roundtables, study groups, and knowledge-sharing forums; attend peer groups to gather feedback on firm initiatives, tools, and educational needs. Coordinate with Marketing and internal subject matter experts to develop educational blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content. Produce and organize educational media such as podcasts, webinars, and recorded learning sessions that highlight advisor insights and expertise. Coordinate and track Continuing Education (CE) programs to support advisor licensing and professional development. Monitor and communicate insights from client Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, identifying trends and sharing actionable feedback to improve the advisor and client experience. Coordinate with Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA) to supplement firm educational resources with relevant external content. Knowledge Management Own and continuously improve the firm's Knowledge Management System, ensuring information is organized, searchable, and easily accessible to advisors and staff. Maintain the firm's internal knowledge repository, including planning resources, advisor guides, training materials, and operational documentation. Develop strategies to increase advisor engagement with knowledge resources, using feedback, analytics, and usage trends to guide improvements and make content more discoverable. Partner with teams across the firm to proactively identify knowledge gaps and develop resources that address advisor needs. Establish content governance processes and structured review cycles to ensure materials remain current, accurate, aligned with firm standards, and are archived or retired when appropriate. Create standardized templates and documentation structures to maintain consistency across all internal content. Content Development with Subject Matter Experts Partner with subject matter experts across investments, financial planning, compliance, tax, and operations to translate technical expertise into practical advisor resources. Develop a diverse range of educational content, including training materials, case studies, financial planning guides, and advisor playbooks. Create structured frameworks, reference guides, and decision tools that help advisors apply complex strategies in client conversations. Ensure all educational materials reflect the firm's financial planning philosophy and client service standards. Cross-Team Collaboration & Governance Collaborate closely with teams across Advisor Development, Compliance, Marketing, Investments, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated initiatives. Ensure all educational and planning content remains aligned with regulatory guidance, compliance requirements, and firm policy. Support firmwide initiatives by developing educational resources and communications that help advisors understand and implement new programs and strategies. Support the Advisor Success team with ad hoc projects that strengthen the advisor community and education programs. Process Improvement Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, knowledge resources, and content workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve outcomes. Gather and analyze advisor and employee feedback, engagement data, and usage metrics to inform ongoing improvements to learning initiatives and knowledge systems throughout the firm. Compensation $70,000- 90,000 depending on experience Requirements & Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in advisor education, training, knowledge management, financial services, learning & development, or a related field.
