Job Duties:
Associate, Client Relationship Management with Goldman Sachs Wealth Services, L.P. in Irving, Texas. Provide comprehensive financial planning education and guidance over the phone to diverse individuals employed by the Firms corporate clients. Guide clients on applicable strategies by efficiently communicating such concepts to them. These topics will include Cash Flow & Debt Management, Investment Allocation, Retirement Planning, Income Taxes, Education Funding, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, and Estate Planning. Review clients' financial goals, analyze their situations and help them. Devise and implement personalized plans to work toward clients financials goals. Establish trust and rapport with clients, ultimately forming long-term relationships. Commit to consistently improving the client experience by engaging and motivating them to accomplish their goals and overcoming financial challenges. Develop and present to clients financial reports and analyses regarding retirement planning, education funding, risk management, and federal income tax using internal tools and software while adhering to industry and company-wide policies, procedures, and compliance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with: breaking down complex financial planning concepts and communicate accurately over the phone to a diverse client base as a means to help them build financial independence and take action toward their goals; core financial planning topics (investments, retirement, federal income tax, risk management, cash flow, estate planning, education function), and analytical thinking skills to identify open risks and opportunities for each client; developing and providing clients with a holistic, comprehensive financial plan that supports identified goals while protecting clients and their assets from the unexpected; helping clients identify, understand, leverage, and maximize their available company benefits as related to their personal financial situation and goals; knowledge of eMoney financial planning technology and ability to guide clients to utilize the tool to help reach their goals; gathering pertinent data points from clients to analyze their financial situations; and building and presenting reports modeling future wealth accumulation and decumulation, cash flow, investment strategies, insurance and retirement needs. Identify gaps in financial plans and motivate clients to take action. SIE, Series 7, Series 66. Will accept Series 63 and Series 65 in lieu of Series 66.
