Role DescriptionThis full-time on-site role, located in Kansas City, involves providing thorough and accurate appraisals for residential real estate properties. The Residential Real Estate Appraiser will inspect properties, analyze market data, and compile detailed reports in compliance with current appraisal standards (USPAP). The appraiser will collaborate with clients, utilize analytical tools to determine property value, and ensure timely delivery of appraisal reports.
QualificationsProficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraising residential propertiesStrong knowledge of USPAP and Residential Real Estate market trendsExceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate property data and market conditionsAttention to detail and accuracy in preparing reportsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyActive certification as a Licensed or Certified Residential Real Estate AppraiserFamiliarity with appraisal software and tools is preferredA valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits
