The Opportunity As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of global tax services, focusing on transfer pricing regulations and strategies. Within our Tax practice, you will assist in navigating the complexities of international tax landscapes, optimizing intercompany pricing, and driving compliance to align with value creation and tax efficiency. As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing to the team's success. In this role, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. You are encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients. Responsibilities Supporting teams in navigating the complexities of global tax landscapes Participating in transfer pricing projects to optimize intercompany pricing strategies Conducting financial modeling and analysis to align with value creation and tax efficiency Assisting in tax research to provide accurate and up-to-date information Engaging in economic translation to facilitate understanding of financial reports and market analyses Collaborating with team members to reinforce compliance with cross-border regulations Observing and learning from experienced professionals in tax services Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions for tax challenges Contributing to the preparation and analysis of financial statements for tax purposes Developing skills in financial statement analysis to support tax strategy optimization What You Must Have Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Economics, Finance At least a 3.0 overall GPA Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application What Sets You Apart Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn Engaging in financial modeling and economic translation Utilizing tax research skills to support compliance Participating in teamwork to achieve project goals Applying active listening and communication skills The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
