- Welcome clients, visitors, vendors, and team members
- Answer calls, route inquiries, and support client communication
- Manage mail, deliveries, client documents, and office correspondence
- Assist with billing, invoice preparation, review, and follow-up
- Support tax return assembly, processing, and client file organization
- Help with scheduling, meetings, errands, and administrative projects as needed Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative, billing, bookkeeping, office coordination, or client service experience preferred
- Strong organization, accuracy, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learning office systems
- Public accounting, professional services, or financial services experience is a plus Compensation $18.
