Job Description
Tax Manager for well-established Real estate firmGrowing real estate firm seeking a CPA to lead tax compliance, planning, and advisory functions for real estate entities and high-net-worth individuals.
ResponsibilitiesManage and review tax returns for Partnerships, S Corps, C Corps, Trusts, and HNW individuals.
Prepare quarterly tax estimates and tax planning projections.
Research complex tax issues and present recommendations.
Respond to tax notices from federal and state agencies.
Review fixed asset classifications, depreciation, and real estate improvements.
Analyze operating and partnership agreements.
Assist with cash flow forecasting and loan covenant calculations.
Manage multiple engagements and ensure timely deliverables.
Participate in audits of employee benefit plans and private foundations.
QualificationsActive CPA required.5+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting.
Strong background in real estate taxation and partnership returns.
Experience with HNW individual tax returns.
Excellent tax research, analytical, and communication skills.
