What You'll Work On Individual, trust, partnership, and S corp returns Small and mid-sized business clients, with a strong base in manufacturing Reviewing work, developing staff, and serving as a main point of contact for clients Working closely with a tax team that knows what it's doing Compensation and Benefits $150-200K base, depending on experience (senior-level CPAs coming in around $180K) 15% bonus for managers Profit sharing, with 3% of salary contributed to your 401(k) 5 weeks of PTO Full family medical coverage through Cigna Why People Like Working Here Busy season tops out around 50 hours a week.
