Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager who wants to do more than simply prepare tax returns. This role focuses on year-round tax planning, strategic advisory, and client relationship management . You will work directly with high-income individuals and business owners, serving as the primary point of contact for an assigned client portfolio and helping identify and execute proactive tax strategies. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and business clients . Execute proactive, year-round tax planning strategies alongside senior advisors. Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns . Participate in client meetings, quarterly reviews, and monthly client sessions. Identify tax-planning opportunities and clearly communicate recommendations to clients. Stay current on federal and state tax law changes and assess their impact on clients. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Take ownership of client relationships, tax strategy, and overall outcomes. What We're Looking For Active EA or CPA designation required. 4+ years of tax experience , ideally working with high-income individuals or small business owners. Strong understanding of complex tax structures, including: S-Corporations Partnerships Real Estate Investments Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax strategies in simple, easy-to-understand language. Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
