Manage tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and related entities. Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, trust, estate, gift, and multi-state tax returns. Research and apply technical tax guidance related to individual taxation, fiduciary taxation, trusts, estates, and compliance matters. Serve as a main point of contact for multiple clients and manage tax-related communication with attorneys, brokers, trustees, and other third parties. Identify planning opportunities and support clients with tax strategies related to wealth transfer, estate planning, trust administration, and family financial matters. Review client information, assess tax implications, and coordinate with internal team members to deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful client service. Monitor tax law changes and evaluate how new guidance may impact private clients, trusts, estates, and related planning strategies. Support client meetings and advisory conversations by preparing analysis, recommendations, and follow-up related to complex tax matters. Contribute to staff development by coaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge through one-on-one teachable moments and regular feedback. Participate in business development by building relationships with key service providers, identifying opportunities with existing clients, and following through with new client leads. Ability to manage deadlines and meet time constraints in a fast‑paced environment A relationship‑focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals Desire to coach and develop tax associates through knowledge sharing Professional, inclusive demeanor that contributes to a positive team culture Willingness to support business development efforts 7+ years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or similar, with a focus on private client tax services. 5+ years of direct private client tax services experience Bachelor's degree in accounting Active CPA license; CFP is a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and tax preparation software Pay The anticipated hiring range for this position is $132,200
