This role will manage a high-volume tax client base during tax season and provide proactive tax planning and support to clients throughout the year. Responsibilities Prepare and file individual tax returns Manage a significant tax-season workload Provide year-round tax planning and projections Assist with estimated payments, tax notices, and other tax-related needs Meet directly with clients and answer tax questions Work alongside our financial advisors to identify tax-planning opportunities Qualifications Previous tax preparation experience required Strong knowledge of federal and Indiana tax regulations Excellent organization and client-service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced tax season EA designation is a plus, but not required Full-time | Year-round | In-office | Fort Wayne, Indiana We're looking for someone who wants to build lasting client relationships and provide tax guidance beyond tax season.
