Tax Preparer - Oak Grove Tax Service Oak Grove Tax Service is seeking a detail‑oriented, motivated Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper to join our team. We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities Prepare individual returns with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate with clients to gather necessary documents and information Use tax software and office systems to complete filings Assist with basic office tasks during peak season Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications 1-2 years of tax preparation experience preferred (not required) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Fast learner with a willingness to grow in the tax field Good communication and customer‑service skills Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment Schedule & Compensation Seasonal or year‑round opportunities available Competitive pay based on experience Training provided for motivated candidates Additional Off‑Season Opportunity We are also seeking a Bookkeeper for part‑time or flexible off‑season work.
