Bank Teller (Full-Time) Grand Valley Bank - Collbran, CO Full-time | Entry-level | Non-Exempt | 32.25 hours/week About the
Job:
Grand Valley Bank is looking for a full-time Bank Teller to join our team at our Collbran branch, located at 106 Main, Collbran, CO, 81624. This position is scheduled for 32.25 hours per week, Tues-Fri 8:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m., including Saturday's 8:45 am-12:00 pm and the flexibility to fill in as needed. What You'll Do:
Customer Service:
Greet customers and assist with their everyday banking needs.
Processing Transactions:
Handle deposits, withdraws, transfers, and other routine financial activity.
Cash Management:
Prepare cash for shipment or deposit, and balance cash drawers.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring that balances and records are up-to-date.
Problem-Solving:
Identify basic financial needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and respond to customer inquiries.
Compliance:
Comply with all bank policies and procedures, follow regulatory requirements, and identify potential fraud or suspicious activity.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in banking, customer service, or cash handling is a plus, but not required.
ENVIRONMENT
This job takes place in an office setting, both sitting and standing behind the Teller line, with light to moderate physical lifting requirements.
