In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling daily financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and loan payments with precision using banking software and cash handling procedures. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. Assist customers with account inquiries, account openings, and updates while ensuring compliance with security protocols to prevent fraud. Manage cash flow efficiently through cash management practices and balancing cash drawers. Identify suspicious activities or potential fraud attempts promptly to protect both the bank and its customers. Skills Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in basic math, retail math, and banking calculations including debits & credits. Ability to handle cash accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures and security measures.
