Finance Director $140,000 – $170,000 Our client, a respected nonprofit organization in Kern County, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all accounting and finance operations. This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys partnering with executive leadership while remaining hands-on with the organization's financial health.
