This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad accounting role with exposure to fund accounting, property operations, and investment activity.

The team is lean, collaborative, and looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership.

ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Review fund and property-level financial statements and workpapers Coordinate with outsourced accounting teams and external auditors Assist with investor reporting, capital activity, and cash management Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and financial analyses Partner with internal teams on budgeting and operational reporting Help improve accounting workflows and reporting processes
