Plant Controller

Robert Half is looking for a plant controller for a growing Lawrenceburg based company. The Plant Controller serves as the financial leader for the manufacturing facility, providing strategic insight, operational support, monthly variances. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive cost control, improve profitability, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Plant Controller is responsible for all plant-level accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, including standard costing and variance analysis. Proficiency in SAP systems for financial management and reporting. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory accounting and conduct physical inventory analysis. Excellent skills in document control, scanning, and compiling financial records. Proven track record in analyzing cost of goods sold (COGS) and driving cost optimization initiatives. Effective communication and leadership skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
