As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Financial Director you will oversee all aspects of financial management, accounting operations, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and financial strategy. What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations for the casino Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and business analyses Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and financial policies Manage audits, tax filings, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting processes Supervise Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cage/Vault operations, and Purchasing Drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making Develop departmental goals, staffing plans, and team performance initiatives Maintain strong relationships across departments through effective communication and leadership

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or related field preferred 5+ years of banking or casino finance experience 5+ years of leadership or management experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance Exceptional leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software
