full-time Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and serve as a key business partner to executive leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, and a team of accounting professionals. What You'll Do Lead the month-end and year-end close processes Oversee financial reporting, general ledger, AP, AR, payroll oversight, and fixed assets Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, and operational analysis Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections Partner with operations and executive leadership to improve profitability and efficiency Manage cash flow and working capital analysis Coordinate annual audits and external reporting requirements Mentor and develop accounting staff What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years of accounting leadership experience Manufacturing accounting background required Experience with cost accounting and inventory management Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience Experience with Fourth Shift ERP preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
