~$110k Are you an experienced accounting leader ready to take ownership of an organization's financial operations? We are seeking a Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial planning. This is a key leadership position for a highly analytical and detail-oriented accounting professional who can manage the day-to-day accounting function while providing meaningful financial insight to company leadership. What You'll Do Oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial close Lead and develop the accounting team, promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports Lead month-end and year-end close processes Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury and banking functions Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Coordinate internal and external audits Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership to support business decisions Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and financial controls Manage and improve accounting systems and workflows Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Work closely with company leadership on financial planning, analysis, and business strategy What We're Looking For Significant accounting experience with progressive responsibility, including Controller or senior accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills required QuickBooks experience required ERP system experience required Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Experience managing or mentoring accounting staff Strong knowledge of internal controls and accounting processes Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to leadership Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines CPA, MBA, MSFA or 10+ years' experience preferred What We Offer Key leadership role with significant responsibility and visibility Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) plan with match Opportunity to work directly with leadership and have a meaningful impact on the organization's financial performance If you're an experienced accounting leader with the credentials, technical expertise, and leadership skills to take ownership of a company's financial operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
