An experienced Controller looking to join a growing organization with strong executive visibility. A Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Assistant Controller with manufacturing experience who is ready to step into their first Controller role. Position Overview Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Controller will oversee the accounting and finance functions while helping support the company's continued growth through acquisitions. This individual will play a key role in financial reporting, consolidations, operational finance, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage multi-entity financial reporting and consolidations. Assist with acquisition integration efforts and ongoing financial consolidation activities. Develop and strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting capabilities. Partner with operations leadership to provide financial insights and business recommendations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning activities. Coordinate external audits and tax-related activities. Mentor and develop accounting staff as the company continues to grow. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Manufacturing industry accounting and finance experience is required. Experience with financial consolidations is required. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. CPA is a plus but not required. Nice to Have Cost accounting experience is a plus, but not required. Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or multi-entity organizations.
