Policies, Procedures and Internal Controls:
Oversee the development, implementation, and/or maintenance of accounting, policies, procedures, Analyze and interpret technical accounting and control issues related to percent of completion (POC), revenue recognition, project progress payments and total invoicing. Month end close, reporting, and financial performance analysis: Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial information supported by appropriate documentation and analyses and reporting from ERP. Ensure internal reporting requirements and deadlines are met whilst confirming the accuracy of information reported in Chart's consolidating system (Onestream). Forecasting & Budget (Annual Operating Plan) & Strategic Plans Establish and maintain key performance indicators- Identify any potential risk / opportunities to the forecast/budget and work with the leadership team on plans to mitigate risk or build plans to achieve opportunities.
