Manage monthly close, financial reporting, EBITDA forecasting, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis, performance metrics, and recommendations that support profitable growth. Monitor inventory performance, capital expenditures, operational efficiency, and internal controls. Lead and develop finance team members while supporting audits, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
