- Key Responsibilities
- Operations Business Partnership
- + Serve as the senior finance leader for the production site, partnering closely with site leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- + Lead annual budgeting, recurring forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Manufacturing Finance & Accounting
- + Lead all site accounting activities, including general accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Team Leadership & Development
- + Lead, coach, and develop site finance and accounting team members. + Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and performance management. + Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and business partnership. + Promote standardized processes, reporting, and best practices across the finance and accounting organization.
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification.
- Physical Requirements
- This position is primarily office-based but may require time spent in a manufacturing environment.
