EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in a finance leadership role, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and financial analysis Strong leadership and team development skills, with proven ability to coach and motivate accounting professionals Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information and leading meetings Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS/PMS systems, and Excel data analysis Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs Demonstrated strategic thinking, integrity, and the ability to lead under pressure After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following: Now offering Daily Pay !
