Controller - Direct Hire, Our client, a manufacturing organization committed to excellence and growth, is seeking a Controller to join their team. As a Controller, you will be part of the Finance & Accounting department supporting the company's financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

1st What's the Job? Oversee and manage the company's accounting functions and financial reporting activities. Is a department of 1 and a hands on position & involved and responsible for all functions Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports. Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. Coordinate with external auditors for audits, reviews, and other financial examinations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in manufacturing accounting and financial management. Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
