What You'll Do:

Prepare materials, supplies, and tools needed for daily tasks. Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned finish‑level carpentry tasks. Perform high‑quality interior carpentry, including trim installation, detail fitting, and final finish work. Use a wide range of finish carpentry tools such as drills, sanders, routers, saws, and levels. Ensure all work meets high standards of accuracy, craftsmanship, and appearance. Keep materials and tools organized and maintain a clean work area. Work efficiently to help the team meet production timelines. Higher skill levels may support other carpenters, complete paperwork, train team members, and assist with problem‑solving. ✅

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to prepare materials and tools each day. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. Willingness to learn new tasks and advance in carpentry skill levels. Ability to read and understand construction drawings (preferred for higher levels). Experience with finish carpentry or general construction is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
