Crown Toyota in Ontario is looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant who knows how to open doors, build trust, and close deals — with businesses, agencies, and organizations that need vehicles to run. What You Will Do Build and manage fleet accounts across commercial, government, and small business segments Guide clients through the full buying cycle with clarity and professionalism Leverage Toyota Fleet programs and financing to structure deals that actually work for the client Keep your pipeline organized, your follow-up consistent, and your relationships strong Partner with inventory, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience every time What You Bring Toyota brand experience — required Proven automotive sales track record — required A book of relationships or the skills to build one fast Disciplined follow-up habits and strong CRM usage Professional presence and a genuine interest in serving clients well The Deal Commission-based pay plan Earning potential: $50,000 - $150,000+ annually for performers who work the pipeline Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Access to Toyota Fleet training and professional development resources Ready to Talk?
