Overview Join our dynamic team as a Flight Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of private and commercial flight schedules. This energetic position requires a proactive approach to managing flight logistics, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with aviation standards. Your expertise will help facilitate safe, efficient, and timely flights, contributing to an exceptional travel experience for clients and crew alike. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of flight scheduling, including departure and arrival times, crew assignments, and aircraft availability Assist with analyzing trip expenses and receipts Communicate effectively with pilots, ground staff, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth operations Monitor adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and other relevant aviation policies to guarantee compliance Manage detailed documentation such as flight logs, maintenance records, and safety reports Arrange overflight permits, airport slots, handling, fuel, customs requirements, and trip logistics Oversee time management for all flight-related activities to ensure punctual departures and arrivals Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges swiftly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail Requirements Proven experience in aviation operations or flight coordination roles Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Strong analysis skills to interpret flight data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize scheduling processes Exceptional communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders across the aviation industry Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Relevant certifications or training in aviation or related fields are preferred but not required Must be available to work nights and weekends as necessary Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Join us in delivering outstanding aviation services by ensuring every flight is executed flawlessly.
