Food and Beverage Manager - Full-Service Resort

Company Overview - Mountain Lake Lodge Summary We are seeking a dedicated Hotel/Resort Fine Dining Manager. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in hospitality. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to guests in a fine dining environment. Train and oversee staff to take orders accurately and efficiently while offering menu recommendations. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Oversee cash transactions and process payments accurately. Assist in training new staff members on service standards. Uphold health and safety regulations regarding food handling. Qualifications Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager. Full Service Restaurant experience serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in multiple outlets required. Resort Experience preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred. Team-oriented mindset with STRONG Leadership Experience.
