Overview We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Cosmetologist to join our dedicated team. In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional beauty services that enhance our guests' experience while showcasing your expertise in hair, skin, and nail care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment. All roles are paid positions, including internships. Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques such as hair extensions and threading. Perform skin treatments like dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing to promote skin health and beauty. Deliver expert nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Apply eyelash extensions and perform eyelash lifting to enhance natural beauty. Conduct consultations with clients to recommend suitable treatments based on color theory principles and individual needs. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Assist with retail sales by upselling products such as skincare items, hair care products, and cosmetics to enhance client results. Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training. Experience Valid cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. Knowledge of skin care treatments including dermabrasion and laser procedures. Skilled in nail care services such as manicures and pedicures. Familiarity with eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and hair extensions is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatments. Ability to uphold high sanitation standards while managing multiple clients efficiently.
