We are dedicated to restoring and enhancing our property to provide unforgettable guest experiences for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, and special holiday celebrations. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to lead our revenue optimization efforts. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategic pricing plans, analyze market trends, and collaborate with various departments to maximize profitability. Your leadership will ensure our property remains competitive and continues to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize room revenue across all booking channels. Analyze market data, occupancy rates, and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front desk teams to align strategies and maximize revenue opportunities. Monitor booking patterns, guest preferences, and seasonal trends to adjust pricing accordingly. Oversee revenue management systems and tools, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. Lead training sessions for staff on revenue management best practices and systems usage. Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, forecasting, and strategic recommendations for management. Requirements Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably in resort or hotel settings. Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in a hospitality environment. Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests. Deep understanding of hotel management operations including guest services, front desk procedures, night audit processes, and human resources functions. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective communication and phone etiquette. Experience in budgeting, hotel operations, and hospitality management principles. Pay:
