Front Desk & Reservations Coordinator (Spa) Experienced Only

Key Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume calls and assist clients with spa services, packages, and product inquiries Book, modify, and track appointments with accuracy and attention to detail Proactively contact existing clients to schedule services and maximize daily bookings Coordinate with concierge and service staff to ensure smooth operations Handle guest check-in/check-out, payments, and front desk operations Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area Resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency Requirements (Must Have): Minimum 2+ years front desk or reservations experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or similar setting Strong sales and customer service background (ability to upsell services/packages) Experience using booking or POS systems Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Do NOT apply if you do not have relevant front desk or hospitality experience.
