Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses About the Role Continuum Insurance Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in North Carolina. Operating out of our High Point office space, this role is ideal for an ambitious professional who enjoys helping clients protect what matters most, and wants to build a lucrative career. Unlike purely cold-contact roles, this position benefits from a unique proximity with MacDonald Motor Sales, providing immediate local visibility and built-in lead generation opportunities right from day one.Key Responsibilities New Business Development:
Identify and qualify sales prospects through inbound leads, cross-selling to our existing client ecosystem, community networking, and strategic outreach.Relationship Building:
Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored Property & Casualty (and/or Life & Health) solutions.Policy Management:
Utilize our comparative rating systems to efficiently quote, bind, and issue policies.Account Growth:
Maximize multi-line policy discounts by cross-selling additional products and services to new and existing accounts.Client Retention:
Deliver exceptional customer service during the onboarding process to ensure long-term client loyalty.Qualifications Licensing:
Active North Carolina Insurance License required ( Property & Casualty required; Life & Health is a significant plus).Experience:
1-2 years of insurance sales or customer service experience preferred, but we will train the right licensed professional.Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortability navigating CRM software and digital rating tools.Attributes:
