JS Linen and Curtain Outlet is a locally owned factory outlet. We sell home fashions at factory outlet prices. . We are currently seeking team members who are outgoing, friendly and full of energy. Able to assist customers, place new stock on the sales floor and maintain a clean/organized shopping environment. JS Linens offers a competitive wage, and a family, friendly environment. Open Availability is a Must Must have 2-4 years retail experience Must be able to lift up to 40lbs No Crazy late nights or Early Mornings, Store Hours are Mon-Sat. 10-6 and Closed on Sundays Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a retail environment, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Dependability, integrity, and a high level of trustworthiness when handling cash, keys, and confidential information. Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and basic inventory management software. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds Maintain store shelves and displays by stocking, organizing, and tidying products to ensure optimal presentation and an appealing store environment. Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and communicate stock issues or discrepancies to management to ensure product availability. Help drive sales by demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and promoting current sales, offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
