Our showroom offers curated furniture, lighting, rugs, accessories, and interior styling services for both local and out-of-state clients. We believe shopping for a home should feel inspiring, personal, and seamless. Position Overview This role combines retail sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and interior design support. The ideal candidate has a passion for interiors, understands luxury service, and can confidently guide clients through furniture and decor selections while supporting day-to-day showroom operations. Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients in the showroom Build relationships with clients and provide an elevated shopping experience Help clients select furniture, rugs, lighting, art and accessories Assist lead designers with space planning, styling and design presentations Maintain showroom appearance and visual merchandising standards Process orders, quotes and client follow-up communication Coordinate with vendors, deliveries and installations Support inventory organization and receiving processes Collaborate with the design and sales team on projects and client needs Stay informed on product knowledge, trends and vendor collections Qualifications Strong interest in interior design, furniture and home decor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic retail environment Sales experience required Experience with design software, canva and spreadsheets is a plus Ability to lift and move heavy decor items is a must Weekend availability preferred What We Value Exceptional customer service Positive attitude and professionalism Strong aesthetic sensibility Initiative and accountability Team collaboration Thoughtful attention to detail

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
