The ideal candidate will support daily operations related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This role requires familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts. The Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse distribution and maintaining accurate stock levels to support e-commerce and traditional order processing. Duties Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading shipments using pallet jacks, reach trucks, or forklifts. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 to track inventory, process orders, and update stock records accurately. Perform order picking and packing tasks, ensuring correct items are selected using RF scanners for order fulfillment. Stock shelves and organize products efficiently for easy access during order picking and distribution. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating the movement of goods within the facility. Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks and data entry using MRP systems. Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote operational efficiency. Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing documents and verifying shipments against purchase orders. Requirements Prior warehouse experience preferred, including familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, RF scanners, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations. Experience with order picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution processes. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors. Physical ability to lift heavy items when necessary and stand for extended periods during shifts.
